Example: Xyz has made a property advance on 01/01/2011. Company will give him a 24 months option to buy or sell the property i.e., on 01/01/2013 to buy or to sell. If customer opts for the property he can retain it on the prevailing rates of the company on that date. Ex: A has made a property advance of Rs.50000 on 01/01/2011 company will allot a property worth of Rs. 50,000 to him. The property will be remaining in his name for 24 months. After 24months he can retain the same said property or he can sell it to the company only.
